Our 24 hour EMERGENCY SERVICE for electric motor rewinds and mechanical repairs is one of the fastest in the industry. Not only can we rewind and overhaul electric motors from manufacturing plants we also provide rewind services and other mechanical repairs to the attending forklift truck companies. We can rebuild shafts and bearing housings with our own in house metalspray service and carry out a variety of mechanical repairs including to obsolete and vintage machinery. We also supply pulleys, carbon brushes and all makes of electric motors. Our customers range from the plastic bag industry to tractor assemblers.

Automotive

We provide repairs, new motors and sometimes exchange motors to several automotive producers. One example was at Rover, Longbridge where we supplied a 350HP exchange motor in an emergency breakdown situation on a production line within 3 hours saving them hundreds of thousands of pounds in downtime. Our focus has always been on speed of completion of your order in emergency breakdown situations.

Lift Engineers

We provide on site services to Lift Engineers, rewinding and repairing Lift Motors, Gearboxes and Sheaves. We can assist with onsite removal and installation. We also supply and fit phosphor bronze bearings and chain. We can even rewind and repair ski lift motors and rebuild worn shafts with molten metal.

Boats and Barges

We rewind, overhaul and supply DC electric motors for boats and barges.

Refrigeration Engineers

A very quick turn around is required by those servicing refrigerators. We are able to both rewind and overhaul electric motors and also supply new electric motors, gearboxes, fans and pumps.
